Bruichladdich Waves
age: 7 yo
kind: single malt
region: Scotland, Islay
strength: 46%
price: 35-37€ (70cl)
website: www.bruichladdich.com
Jim Murray’s rating: not rated
my rating: 6/10
notes: I’ve found information that in 2008 Jim Murray rated Waves as 85 points but I cannot confirm it according to 2011 Whisky Bible.
I’m not a fan of strong and peat whisky but Waves got something interesting in taste after adding some water.
